Welcome to the official Fu Style Internal Arts website. The Fu Style Internal Arts are currently held in lineage by Grandmaster Victor Shenglong Fu. Master Fu is the grandson of the art's creator, Fu Zhen Song, and the son of Fu Zhen Song's martial heir, Fu Yong Hui. Currently, Master Fu resides in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Master Fu is offering Fu Style Teaching Certificates this summer in Vancouver. Group classes will be offered Monday - Saturday 9:30 am to 12:30 pm. 3, 6, 9 & 12 day sessions. Cost for these sessions and certificates are: Beginner, 3 days=$120.00. Intermediate, 3 days=$170.00. 3 days, Advanced=$220.00. Private classes are $60 per hour.

With the ever-increasing popularity of BaGua Zhang, many people come to this site because they are interested in learning Fu Style BaGua Zhang. In accordance with the I-Ching's Creation Theory, the Fu Style learning progression dictates,

"First Tai Chi Chuan, (click for video),
then Liang-Yi Chuan (click for video),
then BaGua Zhang (click for video)."

If you have already developed a lot of Tai Chi skill, Master Fu recommends you purchase the Liang-Yi Chuan instructional DVDs from his SHOP page (there are two). Once you have developed the skills from Liang-Yi Chuan, Master Fu recommends you learn his BaGua Zhang in this order:
1. Yang Palm BaGua
2. Yin Palm BaGua
3. Dragon Palm BaGua
4. BaGua weapons forms
